The Preceptor


Food preparation and clean-up generate a substantial amount of solid waste. Solids and food can block sewer mains and hasten bacteria growth.  The Preceptor is specifically designed to capture and retain solid food particles from drain lines.   The use of this Solids Interceptor will reduce pipe maintenance and repair costs and ensure compliance with local discharge regulations. The Preceptor are specially designed so they can be installed directly at compartment sinks and other fixtures.  Installing the units at the fixtures, removes solids immediately providing the best protection for the entire plumbing drainage system.
