Lift Stations
Installation of the above ground Oil and Grease Removal Unit requires that wastewater be pumped to the unit from sinks, floor drains, etc., and then through the separation chamber of the unit. The ECH2OTM system includes collection lift stations that can be installed either above ground or below ground to pump the wastewater to the Oil and Grease Removal Unit. The Lift Station can operate as a small oil interceptor in the event of a power failure or malfunction. If the sump becomes filled with wastewater, the wastewater can flow under an oil dam and into the sewer system, trapping the oil and grease in the sump but still allowing the facility to continue operation. If this occurs, an alarm will be activated to alert the user that an overflow has occurred.
The GRS Lift Stations are crucial to the operation of our Oil Removal Station as a means of collecting and delivering wastewater to Oil Removal Station for treatment.
SLS Simplex Lift Station
The ECH2O SLS is a complete factory assembled simplex package featuring a high temperature submersible pump. All internal brackets, pressure bell, pipe supports and discharge piping are pre-installed at the factory saving hours of labor at the job site.
