Solids Interception - Solids Interceptors
Kitchen compartment sinks drain through Preceptor GF Solids Interceptor (s) into floor sinks.
Filtered wastewater from sinks as well as floor drains, trough drains and other equipment drain into the Preceptor IG In-Floor Solids Interceptor.
Wastewater Collection - Lift Station
Filtered wastewater is then drained into the LS Lift Station where it is collected and then pumped to the Grease Removal Device.
Grease Removal - Grease Removal Device
Oil and grease are coalesced and float to the top of the GRD separation tank, where it is drawn off into the container for disposal. Wastewater, free of oil, grease and solids is the discharged into the sewer system.
